Adam Summerford built We Talk Dog with his dogs and clients in mind. This is a place for dogs to come play and socialize in a healthy way. The team uses the same philosophy and commands Adam and his trainers teach clients in homes every day.

Assistant General Manager

Ricky Harmon is the Assistant General Manager and has been working at We Talk Dog since 2019. Ricky’s favorite part about We Talk Dog is bringing his dogs to work with him.

Sarah Pullen
Dog Handler

Sarah has been working at WTD since 2023 and has three dogs, Gus, Apollo, and Appa. My favorite part about working at We Talk Dog is that no matter what kind of day I’m having or what kind of mood I’m in, working with the dogs always makes me happy.

Ellyn Smith
General Manager

Ellyn Smith has been working at We Talk Dog since 2013. Ellyn has two personal dogs, Meeka and Flidias. Ellyn’s favorite part about working at We Talk Dog is helping families and their dogs better understand each other. The dogs love it here!

Jesse Jackson has been working at We Talk Dog since 2015. Jesse has three dogs, Symeria, Piper, and Teeno. The best part of working at WTD is getting to go out into the yard and love on dogs.”

Russel Rouse has been working at We Talk Dog since 2012. Russel has four dogs, Tessa, Becca, Eleanor, and Betty. Russel’s favorite part about working at We Talk Dog is being able to handle a large social group of dogs, and getting to work with all different types of dogs.

Teresa has been working here since September 2014. She has a Shiba Inu named Kai. Her favorite part of working at WTD is being able to photograph so many adorable dogs while they are here playing with their friends.

Ivey has been working at WTD since 2021 and has two dogs, Edgar and Honey. I think my favorite thing is being able to bring my dogs to work with me and see them play with other dogs.
